Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta, who declared the three weeks orientation course open on Tuesday at Issele Uku Orientation camp, congratulated them on successful completion of their academic pursuits, which qualified them for national service. Oborevwori, who was represented by Agbateyiniro Isaac, the Commissioner for Youths and Sports Development, said orientation course was designed to instill necessary skills and leadership values for successful participation in the one-year programme.
