SoftAlliance to deepen ties with FG







SoftAlliance, one of Nigeria's foremost technology companies, has promised to deepen its relationship with the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation in providing technology solutions to enhance the coordination of the Federal Government’s (FG) workforce. 


 The company made the promise during a courtesy visit to the Head of Civil Service of the Federation - Mrs. Esther Didi Walson-Jack, at the Federal Secretariat, Abuja on Tuesday,  


The team was led by the Chairman of SoftAlliance, Mr Tunde Badejo, accompanied by Directors and key officers of the management team. 



They were graciously received by the Head of Service alongside key officials of the office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation including but not limited to Permanent Secretaries, Directors, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Civil Service Matters and Consultants. 



SoftAlliance restated the company’s commitment to deepen its long-standing partnership with the FG particularly the office of the Head of Service of the Federation.  


"Since 2011, SoftAlliance has been a trusted technology partner to the federal government being responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS), with the successful implementation of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite).


"Also infrastructure, and also the implementation of its homegrown Human Resources and Payroll solution – SoftSuite, which was implemented in 2018 to reduce the FX burden on the FG and currently manages the payroll for the Nigerian Police Force, Military, Paramilitary Agencies and the FCT. 


" The solution is also currently used in Key States in Nigeria such as Ekiti, Oyo, Bayelsa, Lagos & Niger State among others. 


SoftAlliance assured the HoS of the company’s commitment towards delivering efficient digital systems and promised to continue leveraging technology to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery within the public sector. 




They are also committed to deploying best in class solutions that will aid the government in addressing some of the issues currently faced such as the bloated workforce and other IT gaps.   


SoftAlliance also expressed confidence that the visit will strengthen the company's collaboration with the federal government to achieve an efficient and modernized civil service.
