Ayinla congratulates Tinubu, Hamzat on APC primary victories

A Lagos-based philanthropist and prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Mr Olalekan Ayinla, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the Presidential Candidate of the APC for the 2027 general elections following his overwhelming victory at the party’s nationwide presidential primary election.

Ayinla also extended warm congratulations to the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, on his emergence as the APC gubernatorial candidate for Lagos State, describing both victories as a triumph of visionary leadership, loyalty, competence, and service to humanity.

In a statement made available to journalists in Lagos, Ayinla said the landslide victory recorded by President Tinubu at the primaries clearly demonstrated the confidence Nigerians and party faithful have in his administration and his Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at repositioning the country for sustainable growth and development.

“President Tinubu has continued to provide purposeful leadership and clear direction for the growth and stability of Nigeria.

“His victory at the APC presidential primary is a testament to the trust and confidence reposed in him by party faithful across the country,” he said.

Ayinla, a grassroots politician and community development advocate known for his active participation in party mobilisation and youth engagement initiatives across Lagos State, described the outcome of the primaries as a reflection of the confidence party members had in the leadership capacity and achievements of both leaders.

According to him, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains a symbol of progressive leadership, political stability, and national transformation.

 His emergence as the APC presidential candidate is not surprising because Nigerians across different regions appreciate his courage, experience, and commitment to building a better nation.”

Speaking on the emergence of Dr Hamzat as the APC governorship candidate in Lagos State, Ayinla described him as an experienced administrator, grassroots mobilizer, and technocrat whose contributions to governance and infrastructural development in Lagos State have continued to earn him admiration and respect across the state.

He further assured both leaders of the continued support and loyalty of APC members, his supporters, youths, and residents across , expressing confidence that the party would record overwhelming victories in the forthcoming general elections through unity, hard work, and effective grassroots mobilization.
